What happens to men

Sep 25

The other day I went to the movies with the intention of seeing "The Hangover," which incidentally is a far better film than the title suggests.

On arrival I found that the schedule had changed and I had to wait half an hour, so giving a look at the billboard I saw a film, which began immediately, with: Scarlet Johansson, Jennifer Anniston, Jennifer Connelly and Drew Barrymore.

que les pasa a los hombres poster

The result, as I applied logic: "I get into this, and if not good, at least glad I view them the time that lasts", it is not easy to see such a display of "Protas" attractive female .

I must say that I had no idea, beyond the title, the film that was then Will I wrong?

I believe not. The film, though areas for improvement is not bad, can be seen, but If I had the same title and lesser known actors, directly or ugly, would have gone? Probably not, but every little bit helps when it comes to choosing what we want to see Do not you think?

The plot revolves around relationships, not relationships, rolls, breaks, and other characteristics of life situations sentimental, a group of boys and girls between twenty and thirty-many and some, so I at least generationally could relate to.

To not have too much and risk spoiling the movie that wants to see it, I will name some roles and situations without linking them to the characters too.

We met a couple of regular partners, a married woman, under the not so good formula, "Either you marry me, or I leave"; another, which after several years together he does not want to take the step of the ring . In addition to these couples, a number of loose characters, three girls and two boys, to complete the spectrum of relationships.

These characters, very stereotypical way, are: the boy in love with a girl who just wants to be friends after a break friendly, so it acts as a sounding board of her before her other relationships, the "femme fatale" undecided, very attractive, amorous, and capable of causing havoc in any relationship, the nice innocent girl, sexy without being a bellezón, not just get lucky in their relationships, which is unable to understand a man, and after discussion ridicule on several occasions, is rescued by the boy back from it all with a dot cynical, that is, in a raw, open your eyes to men.

I know I need a character, which is that of Drew Barrymore. It's the most secondary, since it appears far less than the rest. A character is not understandable, it has a pretty lace forced into the story, while not quite understand it until I saw in the credits she is one of the executive producers of the film. Conclusion: Barrymore wanted his two minutes of glory on the screen. For me, it is dispensable and lighten a little the footage, which is a tad long.

The title of the film refers to that, apparently, men are totally incomprehensible to women who can not interpret our reactions, feelings, or, sometimes, poor communication skills.

Without going into all this, because the discussion of whether we or they give complicated for many posts, I'll say in what the film is concerned, would be more aclarativo the title: "What happens to men who do not want to commit so great guys like us ", even if there is a little long.

In defense of the film that goes beyond the typical romantic comedy, that the ultimate goal is that all end up together, married and happy.

No, in this respect is much more real, and there are several different stories, each with its peculiarities the rich.

In the end, the film is a kaleidoscopic view of the current relationship, which takes into account aspects as the order of the day as related through social networks and the ubiquity of mobile phones.

Obviously, not all the characters we'll like, not all stories, but thanks to the variety, at some point we will be reflected in any of the characters or situations.

One of the main sources of conflict, which feeds the entire film, is the different interpretation given to the phrase:

"If a guy acts like he does not care about you." So the continuation of them would be: is it really cares, while theirs would be: is it really does not care. This small nuance, gives rise to most of the entanglements

It is also appreciated that, despite what at first might seem, does advocacy of marriage, over any other type of solution for a relationship, and each character ends up finding his way.

The script is well crafted, it is not easy to get fit all the characters in different stories, to be a challenge at the beginning of the film, which are presented separately, locate "Every sheep with their partner." This works quite well and relatively soon.

The performances are pretty good and it is noteworthy that, despite a roster of stars, especially female, the central character of the girls, a catalyst of all stories, is that of Gigi, played by the relatively unknown, especially compared to their co-stars, Ginnifer Goodwin. Gigi will be pursuing more vigorously to their perfect guy.

The other central character, which sometimes acts as narrator, is Alex (Justin Long), who becomes the director, to stark reality based Gigi attempt to disabuse the world where you live. The interaction between these characters and the dialogue between them are, for me, the best of the film.

Scarlett (Anna), which again shows very good at the role of "Femme Fatale" and the two Jennifers (Aniston and Connelly), although they begin to notice that already have years old, are also quite well in two papers that are two sides of a coin.

The only thing that would rob the film is ten minutes, something fairly easy removing the character of Drew Barrymore.

As final notes comment that music is not bad, being particularly well placed, the song of Keane "Somewhere Only We Know" at the end of the film and the original title: "He's not that into you", which in free translation would be "not so much for you," he seems much more tight, as usual, to the story which has been chosen.

I agree that Drew B leftovers.

The movie is not bad, I liked. If I had not so famous actor would probably not even half of the people who go to the movies.

The title in Spanish, again has nothing to do with the original. I think the title that you have put a claim in Spanish is to enroll women who want to rant about men, but I do not expect that exactly the movie.
I like the fact that not all stories end happily, life, unfortunately, is not a movie.

  2. This is a way to really itnelleignt answer the question.
