Eichmann: Not only does man live releases
October 20
Adolf Eichmann was one of the colonels of Adolf Hitler during the Second World War was primarily responsible for the transport of Jews, Gypsies and other ethnic groups and prisoners to the death camps. Of course, like any good Nazi who was also commissioned to exterminate anyone contrary to the regime that was in the way and was a fanatical anti-Semite but as many of the Nazis was related, distantly, with Jews. Although not as well known as himself Hitler, Himmler, Rudolf Hess, Hermann Göring, Albert Speer ... Eichmann himself is known for launching the operation to capture in Argentina called Operation Garibaldi .
The film at hand focuses mainly on the period of time since Eichmann arrives in Israel for questioning until later execution. This is a little known film since has neither a director known ( Robert Young ) nor with renowned actors except Franka Potente (as seen in shows like "House" or "The Shield", films like "Che: Guerrilla "or the Bourne trilogy, although her best known role was in the movie" Run Lola Run ") and Stephen Fry (a child of great charisma and popularity).
As mentioned above, the film is not much, but for the curious of this theme is an opportunity to meet one of the biggest "architects" of the Nazi Holocaust (which Eichmann refused to satiety and that he "only received orders of the Fuehrer. "The interrogation conducted by Captain Avner Less flashbacks takes us through Nazi Germany and as at present (year 60), Eichmann denied any involvement in the extermination, these images (which are memories of him) we reality show conducted by the Colonel of Hitler.
The film offers little more than another and comment further on it is a waste of time. Recommended for those interested in the topic of World War II, the Holocaust and the dark age of humanity. If you want to see more movies of this theme, then you have interesting titles through different types of genres, portray what happened between 1939 and 1945.
