Impressions Drama (Season 09-10)

Within days of the release of most series in their "back to school" season, 10-11 and after the previous installments-and comedies posts dramedias-closed series of general assessment, in regard to the 09 -10, which closes the series of posts, a summary of the season

The following summaries contain spoilers in each series.

Dexter T4.

Due to its format "reduced", of only twelve episodes per season, as well as other legendary as "The Sopranos" or "Six Feet", almost an eternity that we know of our favorite psychopath.

Moreover, after the surprise ending, which, at least to me, let's desolate, and almost in shock, and we want to know how Dexter facing this new phase in your life.

Season 4 has been, if anything, the best of all the series, and we run the risk from here is difficult to find a "villain" as Trinity, totally awesome as John Lithgow, which should give the Emmy for this role.

Trinity's character has meant an extra quality, in a series that is already high in itself. It was interesting to see how Dexter localized and then thought he could give answers to how to carry the "double life", which he did not quite know how to drive.

In the surprising new situation that will confront Dexter, which we have been humanized for the seasons, and should be "single parent" does not yet know if your child only, or with those of Rita, which is preferable we assume to be able to juggle for their crimes at night, unless that has a permanent babysitter.

Brothers & Sisters (T4)

It has been the most dramatic of all season, in which we have lived very committed personal situations, such as Kitty's disease, who seemed out to have a happy ending, business disasters, such as the disappearance of Ojai Foods, a whole sign up now, attempts to blackmail the background story that started 25 years earlier, and who responded well with the double episode of "flashbacks". There have also been emotional slides in the relations of various members of the family.

When it seemed that everything was practically solved: diseases, the new business opportunity, and even new family members in any way changed in the last three minutes of the episode: fatality, disclosure of Uncle Saul.

The situation looks set to change, and I have no very clear that for the better.

Apparently Rob Lowe was not too happy with the role he had in the series, I thought too secondary, and indications are that he will not follow. It's a shame, as it was by far the best male character in the series, and the only one able to stand up to most interpretively their female compys (Calista, Rachel, Sally, Patricia).

It also appears that the character of Rebecca is not going to continue, or at least fixed the series. I do not know the reason, but it seems a pity, then, seemed the most attractive of all.

We will follow developments closely because I think that can go into decline, at least in audience Rob Lowe's character, helped to increase it, and appeared as if the audience does not respond the series could end up canceling.

Sons of Anarchy (T2)

This has been one of discovery, as the drama of the season. I had read about it, and the good opinion of Dani helped me decide.

In just over two weeks I devoured the first two seasons and I found a very comprehensive, with carefully crafted characters, and quite complex.

Draws attention to the role of Katey Sagal. She sounded, and after, for a change go to the Wiki, I found it "Peg Bundy" from Married with Children series that once I loved for its acidity.

Ron Perlman is also tremendous. Finally, after many years of supporting roles, often tare (The Name of the Rose, Enemy at the Gates "finally has a role that required her presence.

Young people also hold the type and Charlie Hunnam, a character much colder than it appears that Maggie Siff and easygoing facade, in that role somewhat ambiguous and sometimes disturbing I loved.

The series is very curious, because the motorcycle club are "other authority", which keeps quiet the small town of California, a fairly rural California, as opposed, for example, modern appearing in Brothers & Sisters-in that develops the plot.

After removal of the neo-Nazi gang that has threatened in Season 2, suppose that the efforts of the season 3 will focus on the baby back stolen by the IRA, for which you may have to travel to other environments, in which are no longer the authority.

Also sure we see some interesting confrontation with Agent Stahl (great role also Ally Walker), we forget is that has led to the unfortunate sequence of events that ends with the season.
