Bad Lieutenant, decadent vision of law and order

The version discussed in this post is that made by Werner Herzog in 2010 and performed by a masterful, majestic, awesome, Nicolas Cage. Some time ago I saw the film but with this holiday, the truth is he had postponed his writing, almost half a month.
